Little Grill Collective

Granted I already have done a review on Little Grill’s breakfast I thought it best to keep this entry short. But seriously if you haven’t been to Little Grill yet you have to go. While Mr. J’s is a good destination for the simple bagel fix, Little Grill offers more selection and in my opinion, just plain better food.Oh, and perhaps more convenient, Mr. J’s bagels are used at Little Grill. Everyone wins!

The artsy vibe gives a welcoming feel. Although, before entering you should know Little Grill only accepts cash and checks.

For $6.50 I got the Spanish omelet with peppers, onions and cheese topped with homemade picante. Much of the food at Little Grill is either homemade or local. Even better, the omelet came with my choice of either toast, grits, english muffins, or fried potatoes. Ahh what choices for only $6.50. I went with the delicious biscuit and topped it with the squeezable jelly conveniently located right on the table.

My mom went with the same dish she got last time, the Cunningham. Melted swiss cheese, ham and fresh tomatoes on a Mr. J’s bagel and all for $4.50.

Both times the tomato in this sandwich is so fresh and juicy. Further proof as to why you should be eating breakfast at Little Grill. Although from looking around at other people’s dishes, my next food choice is going to be the huevos rancheros. Two eggs over easy with veggie chili, cheddar cheese, black beans, spanish rice and flour tortillas for $5.50. How can that much food be so cheap!?

Go to Little Grill for breakfast and you’re guaranteed a good start to the day.
